Dee Gardner – web log

I just got on my about Page today. October 4th 2009 and I realized it was still the default about. How long have I had this website? like two years and I still hadn’t updated this. Lame!

So this is me.

I am a Management Heretic. I don’t follow the typical Managers role. However I am good leader. I have frightened many of my bosses for some reason. Maybe because I made them so much money and fixed so many of their problems. I also know how to motivate people.
People like to be motivated and people love rewards, in business it’s mostly money. You give a person an opportunity to make more money. They will refine a process and make it smoke with greatness.

I have also worked as a volunteer scout leader. I know how to motivate boys. Boys mostly like food and Fun. Give them an opportunity to get some food and fun. They will really reach for the stars.

I am blessed as a Dad to have good kids that are creative and talented. It’s easy to be a good dad with good kids. I am also blessed with a wife that helps us all be better.

I like being a husband, it’s nice to have a wife that helps me be better everyday.

I like trying to help people. I like using technology to make the world a better place.

I also know what makes people happy. If you ask me I can help you find the inner peace and happiness everyone seeks.
But I don’t have the corner on that market. But I am someone who knows how to help.
